The users and collaborators are able to exchange ideas and work together for the complete process creating innovative, accurate, and creative projects.

I decided to conduct the research in two parts qualitative / quantitative
Creation of “persona”
in order to have a better approximation to the key audience segments reference and thus get closer to a real scenario.
Qualitative
Survey applied to fifty people having as reference the profiles created previously
finding the possible methods of interaction and collaboration between collaborators and designers.

To enhance the user-centric approach into the product design process, I identified the
challenges and goals of our target users. then I utilised the insights gathered from
this analysis to create detailed user personas that accurately represent the users’
characteristics, behaviours, and preferences.

By developing user personas, I can more effectively design a product that aligns
with the specific needs and expectations of the users. This approach ensures that the
product not only addresses the challenges faced by users but also offers a personalised
experience that enhances their overall satisfaction and engagement.

Description
Student passionate about technology and digital media, she is very curious and likes to discover new applications to use according to her lifestyle, she likes sports and traveling.
Goals
Collaborate on projects and get some extra money, to know the atest trends of the sports app’s.
Needs
The possibility of interacting in digital projects related to sports activity, have the ease of managing interaction and time. Contribute experience and feedbacks for money.

Description
Recently graduated from marketing he is starting his first job, he is passionate about music, social connections and developing team projects, friendly sincere and discreet.
Goals
Expand and create new professional connections, Collaborate on projects and get some extra money, create group projects to learn and be updated.
Needs
Have the option of choosing the topic and type of project to interact, learn about the process and evolution of the projects to feel more interest, create an impact in the design process.

Description
Designer who works as a freelance developing digital products, curious about the impact of technology and interested in social networks. he likes cooking and art.
Goals
Find user personas in an easy and accessible way, have access to a professional network to provide and obtain support, affordable prices in the process of user personas.
Needs
Advanced systems and tools to find users in a personalised way without third parties involved and paying high costs. To interact with users in projects, having the possibility of receiving user feedback throughout the design process.
